Yonge Corridor Condominium Association

Mission Statement

The YCCA’s mission is to provide our member directors with:

  1. Influence-free guidance and resources based on first-hand experience
  2. An open, private forum for Director-to-Director questions and discussions
  3. A repository of lessons learned

The YCCA was founded by a group of condominium board directors. In our collective decades of experience, we have first-hand experience dealing with complex situations that are often beyond the capability of a new volunteer board director. We have established this website as a private place to ask and answer many of the questions that you might have.

A condominium director must often weigh many factors which can be complicated and extremely challenging at times. Our intention is that through this site we can collectively make better decisions by sharing the knowledge and experience of other directors in our area and by joining together, have a stronger voice in the future of our community.
